How this works: Base Price is what's charged after any intro period. A Sitewide Discount applies to everyone until its expiry date, even existing subscribers. An Intro Price applies only to each new customer's own first N months, then reverts automatically - existing subscribers get updated in the background within about 12 hours of either expiring.
Add-On Pricing
Extra RMM seats, technician seats, and end-user install blocks that customers can purchase beyond what their plan includes. Uncheck "Available" to hide an add-on entirely for that plan.
Founder Pricing (Limited Launch Offer)
A sitewide, one-time discount for your first N paying customers. Once someone claims a slot, their price is locked forever - it never changes even if you later change base pricing. Slots are claimed only once a payment actually completes, not just when someone starts checkout.
