Head Office servers we host for customers at business.taskforge-it.co.za: trials (chosen at sign-up, free until the trial ends) and paid hosting. Each is set up automatically on a free slot on the hosting Pis; a failed set-up is retried every 5 minutes, or press Set up now. A trial server that is not upgraded is released 7 days after the trial ends (its data is archived on the Pi).

Staged for the next release
Builds uploaded with "Stage for next release". Customers can't see or download them until you publish. Publishing switches on every staged build at once and switches off the version it replaces (old versions are kept, so you can switch one back on).

How this works: Base Price is what's charged after any intro period. A Sitewide Discount applies to everyone until its expiry date, even existing subscribers. An Intro Price applies only to each new customer's own first N months, then reverts automatically - existing subscribers get updated in the background within about 12 hours of either expiring.
Add-On Pricing
Extra RMM seats, technician seats, and end-user install blocks that customers can purchase beyond what their plan includes. Uncheck "Available" to hide an add-on entirely for that plan.
Hosting Pricing
Monthly price for a hosted Head Office server (business.taskforge-it.co.za), per plan. Customers subscribe from their portal and pay with PayFast; this is also what the website shows. Changing a price only affects new hosting subscriptions.
The customers' hosted servers are listed on the 🗄️ Hosted servers tab.
Founder Pricing (Limited Launch Offer)
A sitewide, one-time discount for your first N paying customers. Once someone claims a slot, their price is locked forever - it never changes even if you later change base pricing. Slots are claimed only once a payment actually completes, not just when someone starts checkout.
